These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tidy Life Pros website and services. By using this website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Tidy Life Pros provides residential cleaning and related home care services. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are determined through consultation and service confirmation.

Recurring services typically begin with an Initial Detail Clean to establish the maintenance standard.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Pricing is based on home size, layout, condition, frequency, and requested services.

Quotes provided before an in-home walkthrough may be estimates and subject to adjustment after evaluation.

Additional services requested outside agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance. Arrival windows may be provided rather than exact arrival times.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to illness, weather, emergencies, or operational needs.

4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the home, including entry instructions, alarm details, and parking information.

Tidy Life Pros is not responsible for delays resulting from inability to access the property.

5. Preparation

Clients agree to:

Secure fragile or irreplaceable items
Pick up excessive clutter from floors when possible
Provide notice of sensitive surfaces or special instructions

6. Satisfaction & Adjustments

If concerns arise, clients should notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address service-related issues.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at booking. Late payments may result in paused service or additional fees.

8. Limitations of Liability

Tidy Life Pros is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Improper installation of fixtures
Normal material deterioration

Any incidents should be reported promptly.

9. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
